The best and most important part of my process of all is to never show anger around the ex. That means on the phone, in person, and at exchanges. Why? Because you never know when you are being recorded, filmed, or being watched by a witness on her behalf. Your ex will try and use it against you. Plus from my personal experience it freaks the ex out the point that they will eventually try to get under your skin. This is when sometimes you can get the true ex to come out and use herself against her.

1. The first thing to do is create a log. Make it very detailed and include dates, times, witnesses, and all other details. Details can save you, like they saved me from 40 years in prison. Click here to make a log. my log is 3 years old and growing. Plus when your ex starts parental alienation syndrome you have proof to show your child when the get older. Guard your log with your life.

2. Always have a witness with you. If this is not possible always wherever your at look for a security camera to be by. And after each incident ask your witness to write a statement about it and sign it, asap.

3. Retrieve a state guidelines book from your local county court house and make it your bible. If you do then it is contempt time for your ex.

4. Always meet the ex at police stations for exchanges. This really protects you. Trust me when this starts on you wanting your God given right to see your child or children , the ex will sooner or later will try to cause trouble at the exchanges so do them at the police station for your safety.

5. Keep all cell and land line phone records, especially the text messages. You an get them on line for cells and the cell phone company can also retrieve them for you but they are only held for so long. This saved me from a false EPO and proved the ex was harassing me. *Never text threats.

6. The ex will sooner or later want sex from you, as a way to lure you back or trap you in a rape charge. Never go to their home alone.

7. I love this part. Record at all cost, all phone conversations. I did this for 2 years with out the ex knowing it. Spoof Card is a major lifeline. However, you should not record your child, check your state laws. The recordings can be throne out if your state does not approve them.

8. Go for as long as you can without getting a girlfriend. And if you can't wait, then be sure to check your girlfriend out (police records are handy). Their background can and probably will be used against you.

9. Find a good church and take your child or children on a regular basis. Get to know everyone and build strong connections, God is your only hope.

10. Do a lot of praying to God for guidance and mercy everyday. This will really help settle your mind and help your situation.

11. This is a very tricky part to execute, but can pay off. Keep your eyes and ears open, for your ext to break up with her boyfriend or friend. As soon as you know about one of these, you should try and contact them to gain information on your ex. However they may have already heard lies about you but in my case it worked.

12. Try to know school officials on a first name basis, but try not to complain or down your ex to them.

13. Keep track of all school grades and go to all parent teacher conferences. Also sometimes your child's grade fall when they are with the ex. This can be bad for your child but can give you leverage against your ex to prove her unfit. Do not worry your child can recover.

14. If you have joint custody, check your child or children's school records to see if you are on the emergency contact list and on the school's pickup list. Most ex wives do not want you involved in the child or children's school but it is you right.

15. This is a very big one. If your ex has children and they are not yours, yet they want to come to your house when you get your child, be careful. It is the new big thing to accuse fathers of child molestation. This is a horrible thing, that makes you guilty before any court hearing.

16. Go to the court house and see if the ex has a police record of any kind from her past. Mine was arrested for drug possession. These records are public information, do not let the clerks buffalo you out of getting the information.

17. Do not waste your money on the people search engines or past history search engines. These sites will usually say no criminal record, or will be unable to find a record of the person. These are private companies and not government, so stick with the government court houses.
